What to expect: A gentle woodland wander, nature meditation and simple, fun activities followed by a tea ceremony featuring locally foraged plants. No this is not a hike, it is a playful nature date that will be easy, sensory, and fun. It’s mindful and meditative, with great doses of being a kid playing in the woods!
