Newfoundland National War Memorial National Historic Site

Since 1924 the Newfoundland National War Memorial has been a sombre reminder of the valiant contributions that Newfoundlanders and Labradorians made during armed conflicts since the First World War. Today, the Memorial represents the collective sacrifice and service of all Newfoundlanders and Labradorians who have served in all branches of service, during wars, conflicts, engagements, and peacekeeping efforts.
