East Coast Trail - Cape Spear Path

A moderate, 5- to 7-hour, 15.4-km hike between Blackhead and Maddox Cove. From the easternmost point in North America the trail follows the coast southward. Attractions along the way include a World War II coastal defence battery, whales, seabirds, a bakeapple bog and the abandoned hamlet of Staffordside.
