Carbonear Railway Museum


Designated a Heritage Structure by Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland. Southcott Award winner. Houses Carbonear Island Exhibition and railway artifacts. Detailing more than 300 years of Carbonear Island history, complete with artifacts from three archaeological digs. The Carbonear Railway Station Site is located directly off Water Street in Carbonear, NL and includes the former Carbonear Railway Station building, a one-storey, hipped roof, wooden building.
