Tableland Trail - Parks Canada Gros Morne National Park

Woody Point

This easy trail is a good starting point for your exploration of Gros Morne National Park. The main trail follows an old roadbed as it skirts the base of the mountain. Geology here marks a time when the continents of Africa and North America collided, pushing these rocks, originally beneath the ocean, to their present position. Discover this unique area through the daily-in-summertime Parks Canada guided walk, or pick up the explore app at the Discovery Center. 4km return.
