The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the first booking date (there is a 1000.00 cancellation fee) Our rental fee includes a full tank of propane, bedding, towels, facecloths, dishcloths, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, a coffee system, a broom, and 4 camping chairs.
