Join local storyteller Glenda Reid Bavis, musician Daniel Payne and friends on a 2-hour hike around the peninsula known as "The Head." They'll take you back in time as they pour their "Heart and Soul" into this moderate, breathtaking hike. Along the way, see the lighthouse and hear the ocean amid songs, stories and interpretation of the community's history, archaeology and geology. At the end, enjoy tantalizing tidbits from Bev and Lori from the Nurse Myra Bennett Centre for the Performing Arts.
