Colourful and whimsical designs hand painted on unique glassware, canvas and slate. Artist, Eileen Balsom Matthews, draws inspiration from scenes of home, each piece evoking nostalgia and telling a story of outport Newfoundland. Well known for her St. John's Jellybean Rowhouse designs and as the original designer of "Crooked Stages" series on canvas; reproductions available. Her individually hand painted glassware pieces have rowhouses, fishing stages, mummers and boats painted on them.
