Megan Humphrey Yoga (MHY) offers unique yoga classes and experiences throughout the year. The studio location is at 51 West Street in Corner Brook. MHY curates special events, local retreats and unique experiences in partnership with other local businesses and avails of any opportunity to showcase the unique beauty of the west coast of Newfoundland as a backdrop to practice yoga and mindfulness.
