Chad Penney, head of the King's Point & Rattling Brook Tourism Committee (volunteer, part-time) intends to make his hometown the tourism destination in Scenic Green Bay. He firmly believes that if he can rebrand the town and find a symbol to focus his efforts on, he'd be tying a beautiful bow on what this place has to offer. But if he's not careful a snooping stranger and local law enforcement might ruin his ad campaign before it ever gets a chance to launch!
