A Time in Torbay is an annual weekend festival to celebrate Torbay's birthday being held on the weekend of August 1st - 3rd! The weekend festivities will feature an adult dance (admission fee) with Rum Ragged and The Irish Descendants on August 1st, a cornhole tournament on August 2nd, and a family fun day on August 3rd.
