Sandy Cove Beach

Our iconic sandy beach is the perfect addition to any Newfoundland vacation. The sandy bank that frames our coastline makes for the picture-perfect backdrop. Relax in the sand, take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean, explore nearby Caplin Gulch, or take in our historic interpretation panels. Located across the road from our freshwater swimming hole, Crooked Tree Park, for the best of both worlds while visiting our town. Half a kilometer long of white sand. There is a bathroom and change room onsite.
