Clay Cove/Dominion Point Municipal Heritage Site and Walking Trail

A scenic picnic area in Clay Cove with walking trail to Municipal Heritage Site, Dolomon's Point. Otters, shore birds and seals are commonly seen here. It is believed that Beothuk Indians once lived at Dolomon's Point and there is an Anglican cemetery that dates back to 1700's. Accessible from the Freshwater Inn. Please be considerate to the inn owners, their guests and those who lived here centuries ago.
