Located in the west end of St. John's, Victoria Park occupies the same 2.6 hectares (6.5 acres) of land now as it did when it opened in 1890. The park underwent a major revitalization in 2015. It has formally laid out paths and includes monuments, walking paths, a playground, baseball field, dog park, a community garden and green space.
