Joe Batt's Point Walking Trail

Take a stroll along the North Atlantic Coastline to the Great Auk statue that commemorates the now extinct Great Auk bird species, you may see a whale on this coast. Pass by local gardens, the Long Art Studio and various bird watching blinds. The trail is 4.6-km round trip and starts at the Etheridge’s Point Park it includes a playground and ball filed. Proper footwear is recommended. Before you begin your hike, go see the witch’s footprint and to gain some local folklore.
