Built in 1902, this Balistrade Queen Anne Victorian Magistrate's house has been restored to its original state of grandeur. Originally called Brefery House, it was built for Magistrate William O'Reilly. As a museum, it showcases royal relics, period artifacts, and exhibits. A House Divided (the resettlement of inner Placentia Bay) plus Basque headstones and a copy of the oldest original civil document from Canada. Guided Museum Tours. Near province's only lift bridge and an oceanside boardwalk.
