This unique place has a style all its own. Built in 2019, it is situated in a park like setting along the Grand Concourse Trail. Commanding views of the city and just a 2.4km walk to downtown. This open concept house has 18 foot ceilings, great light, and clean lines. One queen bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, BBQ, two decks, patio furniture and an outdoor firepit. With commanding views comes stairs. This house is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
