Steps to the white sands of Sandy Cove Beach. There are some wonderful trails right on your doorstep. The "Coastal Ridge Trail" is a 15 km hike from Sandy Cove to Salvage, rated as hard. The School House Trail is a 3.3 km loop from your cabin to the community of Happy Adventure, easy, see www.damnabletrail.com. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk on Sandy Cove Beach or on "Sandy Cove Pond Trail", a 2.5 km walk around Sandy Cove Pond or take a swim in Sandy Cove Pond at Crooked Tree Park.
