IcebergFinder.com allows users to upload a photo of an iceberg in Newfoundland and Labrador. In order to let us publicize your iceberg image via our website, we need to receive your prior permission by agreeing to the following simple conditions:

 

Your acknowledgement and agreement that whatever you submit is your original work of authorship, and does not violate any third-party’s proprietary or intellectual property or other rights.

 

To store user data associated with social media accounts: profile picture and name. This is how we will label your iceberg image and is required to reduce spam and inappropriate content. To have this user data deleted, please email enews@newfoundlandlabrador.com with your profile name and your associated user data will be deleted within 72 hours.
