Once we have arrived, you’ll begin identifying and tasting wild edibles in preparation for lunch around an open fire. Feel free to relax, walk about and take plenty of pictures or roll up your sleeves and help Lori while she cooks up a taste of wild Newfoundland and Labrador. Depending on the time of year, you can look forward to sampling Labrador arctic char, moose, cod, mussels or smoked mackerel.
Lori has worked as a chef in this city, she has run her own personal chef business and these days you’ll find her foraging and offering cooking classes. To say the least, she has an inside experience to offer you.
