In its day, Battle Harbour was the saltfish capital of Labrador. Here is your chance to relive part of that history. We will take you out on the water during the Newfoundland and Labrador Recreational Ground Fishery. Our experimental fishing license allows everyone in your party to catch two codfish. Saturday to Monday, you can keep your fish (catch and release on the other days) which we will fillet and freeze for you to bring home.
