Kayak & Boil Up on the Humber River
Meet iconic local guide Ashley at her off grid Riverside Farm before your kayaking adventure. Spend a day navigating the Humber River with awe-inspiring views of the distant Long Range Mountains only accessible by water. Build an appetite as you paddle the pristine waters scanning the river bank for wildlife – moose, caribou, beavers & birds of prey. Then enjoy a boil up featuring local dishes such as moose stew or cod with traditional toutons.
