Interested in locally sourced foods and learning where your food comes from? Head into the woods with our experienced outdoor guide, Shawn, who will share his family’s traditions and history of catching and preparing wild food. With hands-on demonstrations, you will learn how to set a rabbit snare and how to properly prepare rabbit for the table… or around a roaring fire in the woods. Your pursuit for a rabbit will be followed by a boil-up with tea, homemade bread and a feed of rabbit.
