First stop is Cupids where you'll visit the Cupids Legacy Center and the Cupids Cove Plantation Provincial Historic Site - learn about Canada's first English settlement and John Guy's boat "The Indeavour" built in 1612. Then head to the Wooden Boat Museum of NL where you'll learn about Newfoundland's small wooden fishing boats, places they were built and the men who built them. Pick up a picnic lunch to enjoy along the way at Nat & Jane Ann's General Store.

Cupids is approximately 50 minutes by car from St. John's and Winterton is approximately 40 minutes from Cupids. The drive is very scenic with plenty to see along the way. Picnic lunch includes sandwich, fruit, cookie & bottled water OR traditional NL Cold Plate (cold plate available only on Saturday or Sunday)
