Songbirds, Raptors and Fossils
On this 1-day guided birding tour, we take you through friendly communities and into a variety of habitat along the northern shore of Bay St. George. We visit unique coastlines with pebble beaches and explore a coastal forest. We spot Boreal Chickadee, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher and enjoy the comings and goings at a Common Tern colony. We view nesting Osprey and Bald Eagle through a scope and listen for singing Fox Sparrow on our walk to one of the world’s oldest tree fossil beds*.
