This 1-day birding tour guides you through friendly communities to a variety of habitat along the northern shore of Bay St. George. Visit unique coastlines with pebble beaches and explore a coastal forest. Spot a Boreal Chickadee, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, singing Fox Sparrow. Enjoy the comings and goings at a Common Tern colony. View nesting Bald Eagle and Osprey through a scope; and visit one of the oldest tree fossil beds in the world. Tour includes traditional Newfoundland boil-up lunch.
