The custom of “havin’ a time” is connected to holidays or milestone events and is intended to bring everyone together to celebrate community life. In keeping with this theme, the Placentia West Heritage Committee will host a series of events and activities--“times”-- that bring together current and former residents to celebrate our heritage through displays of the works of local artisans, performances by local musicians and actors, skill demonstrations, games, traditional food and storytelling.
