You can see the harbour from the front step! This cozy rowhouse was built in the early 1900s - it still has the original Newfoundland wood floors! Downtown St. John’s is also known for its “jellybean” style colorful rowhouses and we are proud to be a part of that tradition with our yellow exterior and bright pops of colour inside. We are minutes away from historic Signal Hill, walking trails, parks, breweries, pubs, shopping, and all that St. John’s has to offer.
