New World Theatre Project

Cupids

Join us for professional classic theatre that dates to the early 17th century when Canada's first English colony was founded at Cupids. Our Indeavour stage is modelled on open-air Elizabethan playhouses from Shakespeare's day, and some of the stories we tell would have been well-known 400 years ago. This connection across the centuries provides audiences with an entertaining experience, and allows emerging and professional artists opportunities for ensemble performance and artistic challenges.
