With four weeks left to shop, Destination St. John’s is here again to help you shop local for everyone on your Christmas list! Last week we warmed your belly with local spirits from the Newfoundland & Labrador Liquor Corporation – this week we visited Wh!nk - a fabulous boutique in the heart of downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador. All of Wh!nk’s products are handmade from across Canada, as well as a few select lines from around the world. Owner Kim Sparkes is a bundle of energy who lives up to her surname in spades! This young entrepreneur is leaving her mark on one of the oldest streets in North America. We caught up with Kim to find out what shopping local means to her.
What would you say is the most unique product you offer?
