Eddies Cove
These calcareous barrens are unique, supporting many species of plants not found elsewhere in Newfoundland. Many of the plant species are rare and endangered. Requires a hike from access road.

Sally's Cove
An easy to moderate 2 hours, 6 km return walk from the parking lot to Western Brook Pond, an ancient fjord. Boat tours operate daily in the summer.

A serene trail along the Grand Codroy Estuary. The trail is a birding hotspot.

A series or boardwalks and short stairways, which leads to an amazing look-out over the Atlantic Ocean, underneath the huge cliffs of Fishing Point (a must see).

A 1.5 - 2 hour moderate to strenuous 3.5 km trail across Englee Island through a "crooked forest." Turn left after bridge, follow harbour road to trailhead. Walk back through community.
