Flower's Cove
St. Barnabas Anglican Church was started on July 23, 1920. Because of the many pairs of skin boots sold for church building funds, the church is known as the "Skin Boot Church."

Built in 1913 the SS Kyle was the 10th ship of the prestigious Alphabet Fleet. She provided many valuable services to citizens of Newfoundland and Labrador for many years.

Trinity
This is the third church on this site. The first was constructed in 1729, the second in 1821, and the present church in 1892-94. Spire: 102 feet. Seating: just over 500. Church registers date from 1753, among the oldest in Canada.
