Artisan Inns Twine Loft in Trinity
Prepare to be enchanted. This restored fishing loft in the heart of historic Trinity offers delectable dining in an ambiance created by the sound of water, the rays of the setting sun on the bay and the flicker of candlelight. Everything is homemade and often homegrown. A nice wine list is available. A comfortable atmosphere plus friendly and attentive staff makes the Twine Loft a place to return regularly for locals and tourists alike. The Twine Loft offers one of the best selections of wines and scotches on the peninsula. The Restaurant is one of only a few in the province to have a full time certified sommelier on staff available to consult with diners at their table in order to help with their selections.. The Twine Loft deck is licensed for liquor service and is the only place in the area where one can sit directly over the water and enjoy a drink of choice or a cheese plate. On chillier days warm blankets are offered, by staff, to visitors. This is without a doubt one of the best places in Trinity to watch the water and sky turn pink to purple as the sun sets over the hills and the harbour. Ask for our Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten Free Menu. Don't forget to reserve your table. Seating times may vary. Reservations are not required but are recommended during summer months and are better made first thing in the morning. Artisan Inn Winner: Best Hidden Gems -- Canada , TripAdvisor 2008 Travelers' Choice awards Recommended, "Where to Eat in Canada", 2008-2009 Edition.
