The Gathering Fire - Food -Music
In celebration of the opening of Hummock View Greens. Chef''s and musicians from outside of the Baie Verte Peninsula will join with community members to participate in a 2 day, 3 night event, which reflects Newfoundland's unique music, cuisine and culture. We will be facilitating a knowledge exchange on the following topics: working with greenhouse vegetables, seed saving, preservation techniques , health topics concerning vegetables and herbs, cooking with herbs and using a dehydrator.
