A time of fun and festivities, a time to mark and showcase the pride that exists in Labrador. The Labrador Winter Games takes place every three years, bringing together over 500 people from each of the 32 diverse and remote communities of this region. Nick-named the Friendship Games. The Games are full of intense athletic competition and lots of celebration. Competing for community pride and in the fellowship of sportsmanship and respect make the Labrador Winter Games an event not to be missed.
