Appalachian Trail - Newfoundland and Labrador
The Newfoundland section runs from near the Port aux Basques ferry terminal, north along the Long Range Mountains to Crow Head near L'Anse aux Meadows. Every year new sections are added. Three new sections are being developed across Lewis Hills and Blow Me Down Mountains, between Stephenville and Corner Brook, and in the mountains and valleys east of Parsons Pond. Sections near Portland Creek, in the Humber Valley and Stephenville are open. See each individual trails for details.
