Battle Harbour Heritage Properties Foot Paths

Battle Harbour

There is an escarpment behind the settlement of Battle Harbour with traditional footpaths leading to points of interest, Marconi Towers, one of two cemeteries and a small plane wreck. View wildflowers, seabirds, whales and icebergs from the island. Listen to the ocean sounds. Find a comfortable niche in the rocky land to settle down for a read, write a few lines of poetry, watch for boats, or take a close look at the unique geology. All this and no black flies on Battle Island!
