A Manning Award winner for heritage excellence. A 417 year old carved cedar pole erected in 1999. Standing 50 feet high, 4.5 feet wide, the Tree has 50 carvings that depict historic scenes, icons, images, events and people of Newfoundland and Labrador from prehistoric times to 1999.
