Port Saunders is a beautiful town located on the Northern Peninsula with a population of 747. We have a beautiful 7-km walking trail with rest stops. View fossils and fishing boats heading to the fishing grounds with beautiful scenery that can be viewed from the binoculars that are situated on the trail. Stop for a picnic or just enjoy the lovely view of Keppel Island Lighthouse and much more.

Beautiful groomed snowmobile groomed trail, used in winter for skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling, the winter carnival starts the first Thursday of March, with the Annual Snowmobile Fun Run during the Carnival, and fun filled events all weekend. Summerfest starts the 1st weekend in Aug with events on the weekend, fun for all ages.
