Town Museum housed in former Newfoundland CNR / Rail Station. Area displays covering several areas of local history, railway, community, sports, logging-woods and the flood of 1983. View of Newfoundland's longest Rail Trestle permanently illuminated for centennial year 2009. Town is located on one of the top salmon fishing rivers on the eastern seaboard. Ample trails for ATV's (summer), ski-dooing (winter), short day trips to watch whales or seek icebergs from locality.
