Dunphy's Pond Trail - Terra Nova National Park

Hike or bike to Dunphy's Pond - the largest pond in the park. Hear loons call on the pond or watch caribou stroll along the shore. This trail is a good place to see boreal birds such as crossbills, grouse, owls and is popular with canoeists. Backcountry campsites are available nearby. Please register with park staff. The trail is 10km return and takes roughly 3.5hours to hike.
