Bristol merchant John Guy arrived at Cuper's Cove (now Cupids) in August 1610 with a small group of colonists. Every summer archaeologists working the dig site at Cupid's Cove Plantation reveal more and more about the lives of these Canada's first English settlers. at Cupers Cove.
